When to apply

For Certificate, Diploma and Advance Technology Programs:

Intakes for these programs are open throughout the year. Please contact JPIT Ghana for start dates for programs.

How to apply

Step 1: Ensure that you have met the admission requirements for the programme that you are interested in.

Step 2: Fill up Pre-application form and submit it to the Cousellor for the counselling session.

Step 3: Provide the supporting documents like educational qualifications details, photographs etc.

Step 4: Fill up the Admission forms and make the fee payment.

The official language of instruction at the J-Prompt Institute is English, and all the programmes are taught in English. International applicants may also apply to the selected course in English language, communication and writing skills.

NB: All entry requirements for our practical hands on training is based on interest.

Minimum Entry Requirements for Higher Education Qualifications. The Minimum Entry Requirement into J-Prompt Institute for WASSCE/SSSCE applicants is aggregate 36 and aggregate 24 respectively.

Candidates must have credit passes in six (6) subjects with overall aggregate of 36/24 at the WASSCE/SSSCE level respectively.

Three of the six subjects must be core subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science or Social Studies and three must be in relevant electives.

For purposes of admission, a pass in
i. WASSCE means Grade: A1 – C6.
ii. SSSCE means Grade: A – D.
